Happy birthday my time traveler friend!
A miracle happened and I found free time to make you a gift! Hope you like it! ^^

Drawn in 7-8 hours I think, pretty quick for a full shaded + backgrounded drawing heh.
Used this pic as reference for the background (not even close, I know).
Tried new wing shading style that looks better than the previous and much quicker.
I created a star brush in three steps and spammed it everywhere, that was my favorite part of the drawing.
Drew the scales with 4 different colors.
I don't know how the element of time looks like.
